Mr. ‘Alo-ki- hakau Maileseni was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Ports Authority Tonga on 1 August 2022, for a term of four years. The Chairman of the Transport Sector Board of Directors, Dr. Sione Ngongo Kioa and Board of Directors approved the appointment, which was endorsed by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Public Enterprises, Hon.
