Project Title: Enhancing the Court Implementation of the Family Protection Act 2013 RFQ

RFQ Date:
- The project, Enhancing the Court Implementation of the Family Protection Act 2013 intends undertake contracts for the Extension and Renovation of the Magistrate’s Courthouses in Fasi-Moe-Afi, Muʻa, and Nukunuku.
- The Time for Completion for the whole of the Works shall be no longer than 7 weeks.
- The project Working Group (Employer) now invites quotations from Contractors for the Works described in Annex 1: Works Requirements, attached to the RFQ document. A pre-Bid shall take place at the following date, time and place for interested bidders who would need more information: 10:00 am – 11:00 am local time, at the office of the donor partner (Family Free Of Violence) Conference Room, on Friday 12th December, 2025.
- Eligible bidders should have experience in the construction of at least three contracts of the nature and complexity equivalent to the Works described in this invitation, during the last three years and should provide evidence of financial resources to successfully complete the Works.
- The quotation document in English may be obtained by interested eligible Contractors upon request. The document will be made available for download free of charge. Bidders to write the email address below to request the document.
- The date of signing the contract is subject to receiving the Building Permit for the Works.
Submission of Quotations
- Quotations shall be submitted in the form attached at Annex 2 by hand, courier or post. Electronic submission (E-mailed) may be sent, however, a hardcopy must also be submitted at the address below. Quotations submitted as email attachments to be PDF format and include copies of scanned signed original Contractor Quotation Forms in the required format. To facilitate the procurement process, the Employer may require copies of the same quotations in other formats (such as in Word or Excel).
- The deadline for submission of Quotations is 17th December 2025, at 4:30 pm.
