Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Performance and Workforce Development Division
  • PHD with at least two years’ experience in a similar role or 4 years relevant working experience
  • Master’s Degree with at least 4 years’mexperience in a similar role OR at least 6 years relevant working experience
  • Post Graduate Diploma with at least 6 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 8 years relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 12 years relevant working experience
Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Management, Business, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Law, Public Policy, Arts, Employment Relations, Information Communication Technology, or Education from a recognised educational institution. Manager Senior Executive Services

Senior Executive Services
  • Master’s Degree with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role OR at least 4 years relevant working experience
  • Post Graduate Diploma with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 8 years relevant working experience

Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in Human resource Management, Public Administration, Management, Business, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Law, Public Policy, Arts, Employment Relations or Information Communication Technology from a recognised educational institution.

Human Resource Officer

Human Resource Management Division
  • Bachelor’s degree with no working experience
  • Diploma Certificate with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 3 years relevant working experience
Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Public Policy, Arts, Employment Relations, Information Technology, Statistics, Training, Law, or Education from a recognised educational institution. Assistant Accountant

Corporate Governance Division
  • Relevant Diploma Level (5/6) TNQAB framework + up to 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Relevant certificate level 4/trade/technical qualification + 3 years’ relevant work experience
Current TPS employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years)		 Band M
($16,353 - $24,530)

Housekeeper

Corporate Governance Division
  • Proven Secondary school level education with proven work experience
Desirable:
  • Previous housekeeping experience
 Daily Paid
($40.06 per day)
