SALES EXECUTIVE - Tonga

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced FMCG Sales Executive to be based at Pactrade Tonga Ltd., Matatoa Pea Nukualofa, Tonga. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Service existing accounts and identify potential customers and generating leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for proper inventory control, timely processing of customer orders and merchandising in trade.
  • Address customer inquiries, expedite resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out sales presentations and product sampling to a range of prospective clients.
  • Work closely with group marketing and export functions to ensure brand and product strategies are implemented.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports including sales forecast, monthly and annual territory analysis.
  • Monitor product performance and stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and tactics and team effort by accomplishing related results.

Qualification, Experience and Attributes:

  • Relevant qualification preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven 3+ years experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • A valid driver's license is desirable.
  • Willing to work and relocate to Tonga.
