Request for Quotations - Construction Works at the Pangai, Ha’apai, Courthouse
Project Title: Enhancing the Court Implementation of the Family Protection Act 2013
RFQ Ref No.: TO-MOJ-PROJECT-00225-CW-RFQ
- The “Enhancing the Court Implementation of the Family Protection Act 2013” project intends to allocate part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction Works at the Pangai Ha’apai Courthouse.
- The Time for Completion for the whole of the Works shall be no longer than 10 weeks.
- The project Working Group (Employer) now invites quotations from Contractors for the Works described in the Attachments to the RFQ document:
8935-A TO-MOJ-PROJECT-00225-CW-RFQ.pdf - Eligible bidders should have experience in the construction of at least three contracts of the nature and complexity equivalent to the Works described in this invitation, during the last three years, and should provide evidence of financial resources to complete the Works successfully.
- The quotation document in English may be obtained by interested eligible Contractors upon request. The document will be made available for download free of charge. Bidders are to write the email address below to request the documents, or you can pick up the documents at the Address below.
- The date of signing the contract is subject to receiving the Building Permit for the Works.
Submission of Quotations
- Quotations shall be submitted in the form attached at Annex 2 by hand, courier, or email. Electronic submission (E-mailed) may be sent however, a hardcopy must also be submitted at the address below. Quotations submitted as email attachments to be PDF format and include copies of scanned, signed original Contractor Quotation Forms in the required format. To facilitate the procurement process, the Employer may require copies of the same quotations in other formats (such as in Word or Excel).
- The deadline for submission of Quotations is 26th December 2025 (12:00pm).
