The law needs to be tougher
The law needs to be tougher on crimes especially within the family. This also sounds more like murder than manslaughter.
If a husband suddenly in his rage decided to drive his car straight into his wife and she died of injuries, wouldnt that be considered murder? If the husband picked up a rock and hit her on the head with it and she died, would that be murder too? If they were fighting and he pushed her and she tripped and fell awkwardly on a sharp edge and she died, maybe that might be argued manslaughter. But the problem was the wife here was sleeping. They should've pushed for a bigger charge.
