- The above vehicle is offered for sale by tender in running condition but on an ‘as is where is’ basis.
- Tenders must be received no later than close of business 5:00pm on Friday 12th December, 2025.
- All envelopes must be clearly marked with ‘TENDER NUMBER L28930’
- For Multiple Bids, place each bid in separate envelopes.
- An inspection by arrangement is recommended before tendering.
- Tender bids will not be accepted on a “subject to inspection” basis.
- No Phone or Email Tender Bids will be accepted or allowed.
- All Tender Bidders must provide evidence of capacity to complete purchase. (i.e. bank statement)
- Tender Bids must be delivered to BSP Nuku’alofa
- For remote Bidders where Postal Service is not available you can Hand Deliver to any BSP
- Financial Group Branches nearest to you.
- The successful bidder must pay the full amount tendered within two (2) business days from the date when BSP Financial Group Limited communicates the written acceptance.
- Payment must be paid direct to BSP Financial Group Limited account number for successful bidders.
- BSP Financial Group Limited is not obliged to advise the outcome of the tender to all the Bidders but to the successful bidders only.
- BSP Financial Group Limited makes no warranty as to condition and all units are purchased at purchaser’s risk on an as is where is basis.
