Operations Manager - Vehicles & Fashion Retail

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of our imported vehicles showroom and fashion retail outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends logistics, customer service, and team coordination across two dynamic sectors.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of both vehicle and clothing divisions
- Coordinate staff schedules, customer service, and store/showroom readiness
- Manage inventory, deliveries, and supplier communications
- Support promotions, seasonal launches, and customer engagement
- Monitor performance and report to senior management
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality
- Engage and coordinate effectively with suppliers based in Bangladesh and Japan
Your Profile
- Experience in retail, logistics, or operations management
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Familiarity with vehicle import procedures and fashion merchandising
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Tongan, with strong proficiency in speaking and writing, and possess working knowledge of Bengali.
- Valid driver’s license preferred
