RECEPTIONIST - NUKU'ALOFA BRANCH
Bank of South Pacific Tonga Limited is seeking for qualified candidate to fill the following position for our Nuku‘alofa Branch:
Receptionist.
About the Role:
The role is primarily responsible for actively managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls and providing general administrative support for customers.
Key Deliverables:
- Maintain excellent customer service.
- Ensure incoming calls are answered.
- Manage and direct customers to appropriate Business Units.
- Manage and answer inquiries for customers over the phone.
- Keep record and data of daily customer callings and walk ins.
- Attend to customer queries and escalate customer complaints.
- Conduct Bank customer surveys.
- Ensure customer’s expectations are met.
- Educate and advise customers on the Bank’s products and services.
- Extend full support to line manager to achieve Bank’s objectives of the role.
Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Form 6 High School Certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent standard of verbal and written skills.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to be multi-skilled.
- Excellent customer service.
