Assets and Facilities Manager

Operation Support Command

 Either/or:
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (TNQAB Framework Level 8+) with 2 years of direct work experience in Assets & Facilities Management
  • Relevant degree + 3 years of direct work experience in Assets and Facilities Management
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tonga Police’s operational environment would be an advantage.

- Relevant Degree: Project Management, Facility Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Information System Management, Operations Management, Commerce, Engineering and Architectural

Additional Requirements:

  • Potential to perform well in the position given a reasonable period of time for familiarisation and/or training.
  • Personal attributes and temperament relevant to the position.
  • General health which will allow for the performance of all duties and functions of the position.

Salary Range: Band I ($34,342- $51,511)

Starting point to commensurate with the qualification and experience brought to the role.

Operation Support Command

 Either/or:
  • Relevant Diploma Level 5/6 Tonga National Qualifications and Accreditation Board (TNQAB) framework + up to 3 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Relevant certificate level 4/trade/technical qualification + 3 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Current Tonga Police employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years).
