Tonga Red Cross Society has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team. We are inviting interested individuals who meet the minimum requirements to apply:

Vacant Positions Minimum Requirements
Logistic Officer
  • Diploma in relevant discipline
  • Two years’ experience in General logistics including warehousing and transportation.
  • Demonstrate skills in supervising and supporting staff and volunteers.
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Public Health, Nursing, Health Care, Social Work or relevant discipline
  • At least five years of relevant working experience in program
Health Coordinator
  • In-depth knowledge of health programme management
  • Demonstrate coordination and management experience
  • Ability to understand and manage budgets.
  • Strong communication and networking skills
Communications and Dissemination Coordinator
  • University degree or equivalent in Media Communications or related discipline
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a similar job
  • Experience in project management including multi-stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to strengthen internal and external networks and establish effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Tongan languages.
  • Hold a Diploma or other tertiary qualification.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in Tongan, organizational and communication skills.
Officer in Charge, ‘Eua Branch
  • Ability to understand and manage budgets.
  • Experience in implementing programs or activities in line with strict budgets and timeline
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
