The Ministry of Revenue and Customs is seeking interested applications for the following vacant positions listed below.

Minimum Requirement

1. Revenue Officer Grade I

Airport, Border Management Division

Band N

($11,760- $17,640)

  • Diploma Level 5/ 6 TNQAB framework in relevant field; OR
  • Certificate level 4/trade/technical qualification + 2 years’ relevant work experience; OR
  • Form 7 + 4 years’ relevant work experience; OR
  • PSSC + 7 years’ relevant work experience; OR
  • Current TPS employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years)

2. Revenue Officer Grade III (x4)

Intelligence Unit (Tongatapu), Border Management Division

Band Q

($8,400- $12,600)

  • Form 7 or equivalent of Certificate level 3; OR
  • Form 6 PSSC or equivalent of Certificate level 2 + 1 year of work experience; OR
  • Current TPS employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years)

3. Revenue Officer Grade III (x2)

Intelligence Unit (Vava’u), Border Management Division

Band Q

($8,400- $12,600)

  • Form 7 or equivalent of Certificate level 3; OR
  • Form 6 PSSC or equivalent of Certificate level 2 + 1 year of work experience; OR
  • Current TPS employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years)

4. Revenue Officer Grade III

Ha’apai Customs Office, Border Management Division

Band Q

($8,400- $12,600)

  • Form 7 or equivalent of Certificate level 3; OR
  • Form 6 PSSC or equivalent of Certificate level 2 + 1 year of work experience; OR
  • Current TPS employee with 5 years’ experience in a similar role (meeting other core competency and experience requirements specified in the job description + PMS scores of 3 or above for the past 2 consecutive years)
