• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

The Prime Minister’s Office hereby invites applicants for the following positions at the Prime Minister’s Office:

POST POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

National Planning Division

Education:
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics, Public Policy or Management. A Bachelor’s degree may also be considered with 4 years of relevant work experience
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years (with Masters) or 6 years with (Bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience in international and national development issues and relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a background and interest in the analysis of socio-economic issues and related policy matters.
  • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages
  • Experience in handling of web-based management systems.
Skills and Abilities
  • Communications and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Fluency in English and Tongan
Contract Duration: Two (2) Years
