Red Cross distributes water to homes affected by tsunamis [1]

Tonga Red Cross this week delivered bottled water supplies to 256 households, affected by the Hunga Tonga-Hunga Ha’apai volcanic eruption and tsunamis.
Three boxes of water each, were distributed to 84 homes in Kanokupolu, 147 homes in Patangata, 14 homes in Siesia, and 11 homes in ‘Ahau.
The drinking water is part of the donation with food packages amounting to $55,000 pa'anga donated by MBF Bank to assist those affected by last month's volcanic eruption and tsunamis.
More of the supplies are being distributed to include families in affected outer islands of Ha'apai, 'Atata and 'Eueiki in Tongatapu.
