1. This project is financed by the Asian Development Bank through the above grant ADB G0915/G0916/G9237. The Ministry of Internal Affairs invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Construction of the Community-based Aged Care Center at Houma, Tongatapu.
2. To be qualified, eligible bidders should:
- have experience in the construction of at least one contract of the nature and complexity equivalent to the Works described in this Invitation, during the last five years;
- should provide evidence of financial resources to successfully complete the Works in the amount of 1.6 million pa’anga. Credit line from a reputable bank is acceptable evidence; and
- confirmation of business license with the appropriate authority in Tonga.
3. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon request via email to the email address below.
4. Quotations must be submitted to the address below on 30 January 2026 at 2:00pm Tonga local time. Late quotations may be rejected.
