Director of Legal Services Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic legal oversight and guidance on all anti-corruption initiatives and activities; Lead the development and review of all anti-corruption policies, laws, and regulations; advise the Executive management on legal matters and policy decisions and compliance; public advocacy and stakeholder engagement Qualifications: Degree in Law & Practicing Licence; Extensive legal experience of at least 10 years in senior management; Strong understanding of the anti-corruption laws and proven leadership and management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and cases. |

Director Corruption Prevention Key Responsibilities: Lead, oversee and develop all strategies for corruption prevention; Collaborate with government agencies to promote ethical standards; Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for policy enhancements; Facilitate training and awareness programs for public officials and the community; Ensure compliance with national and international anti-corruption frameworks. Qualifications: A degree in Law, Public Administration, or a related field; Extensive experience in corruption prevention, law enforcement, or a similar role with at least 10 years in senior management; Strong leadership and managerial skills; Excellent communication abilities in both English and Tongan; A deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in Tonga. |
