Operation Officer- Tonga Asset Managers & Associates Limited
Tonga Asset Managers & Associates Ltd (TAMA), seeks to appoint an Operation Officer.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor in Architecture, Property/ Facility Management with no required experience
- Diploma in Architecture, Property Management or related field with at least two years of experience
- Certificate in Architect, Property Management or related field with 3+ years of progressive experience in property operations and facilities management
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), contractor management, and basic property compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate in English and Tongan (written and oral)
