REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) – EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES (TWB)
The Tonga Water Board invites proposals from qualified and independent audit firms to provide external audit services for the financial year ending 30 June 2026, with the option to extend for up to three (3) years subject to satisfactory performance.

Scope of Services
- Audit of TWB’s annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and relevant legislation.
- Compliance audit and internal control review.
- Management Letter with recommendations for improvement.
- Audit of donor-funded projects (if applicable).
