Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Digital Marketing Executive to be based here in Nuku’alofa, Tonga and be part of our Marketing Team. The role will be responsible for managing the company’s social media space, coordinating product campaigns, content creation and assisting with graphic designing. This role will build strong client relationship, and contribute to a high-performing marketing team to achieve ambitious targets.
Core Responsibilities:
- Execution of all company owned, earned and paid media in digital space
- Oversees all company’s social media accounts management
- Coordinates social media messaging with marketing team per campaign goals
- Coordinate and execute the production and appearance of markets videos and audio media such as engagement videos, 30-sec radio ads, television programs
- Execution of digital promotions via digital platforms – SWVRE, MADME, etc.
- Coordinate with creative manager and graphic designers and other content digital content for daily/ weekly engagement content –Trello, Toolkit, etc.
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Minimum Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:
- Diploma Digital Marketing, Public Relations, IT or related fields.
- 2 years’ experience in marketing or a similar field
- Ability to write and speak English & Tongan competently
- Web & Social Media Platform knowledge
- Content & Product Marketing
