IT Design and Develop Realtime Dashboard
The Ministry of Trade & Economic Development invites applications from suitably qualified individuals or firms to design and develop a real-time Dashboard to support informed decision-making by the Ministry’s senior management.
Project Objective
The project aims to design and implement a comprehensive dashboard that integrates:
- Financial performance (expenses and revenue);
- Human resource statistics (staffing levels, turnover, etc.);
- Progress of major Ministry initiatives.
The dashboard must be interactive, user-friendly, capable of real-time or regular updates, and able to generate reports on demand.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with at least 2 years’ experience; OR
- Diploma in the above with 5 years’ proven experience in IT, data analysis, or dashboard development.
- Strong experience in data visualization tools, database management, and reporting.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00am, Friday 12th September 2025, to clarify project requirements, and interested applicants are encouraged to attend.
All applications must be submitted by 4:30pm, Friday 19th September 2025, and should include the following documents:

- Curriculum Vitae or Company Profile
- Certified copies of qualification transcript(s) and certificate(s);
- Reference letter(s);
- Methodology & Workplan(approach, tools, and proposed timeline – max 2 months)
- Detailed Price Proposal(fees and costs)
