1. Head of Business Solution

Core responsibilities:

  • Own the development and delivery of the overall B2B sales budget / target through proactive management and development of the sales function.
  • Work with the Business Solutions Director to assess customer needs and market maturity.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the Team to achieve agreed new business and service satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure that we are managing our existing opportunities efficiently and capture key customers data through our CRM tool and Sale force.
  • Coordinate training and coaching.
  • Develop the organizational “Must Win” attitude in a dynamic and forward looking way.
  • Drive high employment engagement and satisfaction in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Timely and accurate reporting requirements of B2B as per deadlines.
  • Effectively work with Head Office (Hub) counterparts in B2B.
  • You must proactively contribute to the full and successful delivery of the Company’s Overall B2B deliverables.

Academic qualifications and/or experience required for this role:

  • Sales / Senior Management expertise minimum 5 years, managing high achieving teams.
  • Tertiary Qualifications, preferably business qualifications.
  • Good understanding of Technology, preferably B2B products & solutions i.e. ICT, Managed Services and Cloud.
  • A very good understanding of commercials associated with the business.
  • Well respected individual within the community.

2. Retail & Direct Sales Supervisor

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Manage the retail sales team in all five locations – Tongatapu (2), Vava’u, Ha’apai and ‘Eua as well as the Direct Sales Team in their respective locations.
  • Responsible for driving sales of existing and new subscribers by selling all Digicel Consumer Products.
  • Coordinate with the retail sales team all activation in liaison with Marketing and Customer Care teams.
  • Facilitation of initiative in terms of sales support to the retail team in the five locations.
  • Facilitate product training on a monthly basis for the team and provide training support to the Customer Care team.
  • Proactive approach to enhance customer experience in all five store operations and managing customer expectations.
  • Staff Incentive support to drive sales.
  • Emphasize sales target for stores in line with Digicel’s Commercial strategy.

Reporting:

  • Ensure the submission of accurate and timely daily reporting for Sales and Bill Payment to all key internal stakeholders by COB Monday to Saturday by all Retail Stores and Direct Sales Team
  • Stock variance reporting daily, CPR daily, Activations variance reporting daily and EVD reporting daily.
  • Stock Inventory for month end reporting.
  • Prepare weekly updates and monthly report is submitted to Line Manager

Operational:

  • Monitor daily attendance of each Retail Sales Agent in all locations. Reporting time to store is no later than 7.30am for morning briefing Monday to Friday.
  • Manage HR aspect of Retail Sales Team
  • Ensure all financial processes and procedures are completed in accordance with audit requirements and company policy. Any issues or discrepancies are reported immediately to Line Manager / Finance team /CEO.
  • Ensure all disciplinary issues are managed in real time in collaboration with your Line Manager and HR Manager.
  • Stock take for Direct Sales end of month in collaboration with the Stock Controller.
  • Provide proper stock forecast to Stock Controller on a monthly basis and ensure that daily stock is available to all Direct Sales staff by 8:00am everyday
  • Providing thorough training on promotions and products to Retail Sales team to ensure their product levels are on par.
  • All other tasks assigned by Line Manager in relation to Operations, Human Resources, and Sales.
  • Support your Line Manager, as required and schedule on calendar recurring with zoom link for outer island stores.
  • Provide any other support to HOD / Manager when required.

Academic qualifications, Skills and experience required for job (key selection criteria):

  • Lead, develop and motivate teams to achieve results in line with the country’s business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the team to improve business efficiency, achieve individual targets and ensure customer experience is excellent.
  • Have the drive and initiative to achieve sales targets
  • Foster team spirit
  • Diploma in Business or minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales

3. Regulatory Risk & Compliance Officer

Core Responsibilities

Risk & Compliance

  • Responsible for taking instructions and reporting to the HoC all matters regarding AML/CFT in line with Company’s Policies and Procedures related to AML/CFT and ABC subject matters.
  • Conducting periodic meetings in the operation to update the HoC about any change in the regulations or new guidance issued by the Company related to AML/CFT and ABC subject matters;
  • Safekeeping of all transaction documents related to AML/CFT for a period of minimum five (5) years after the termination of the customer transaction, and make these documents available whenever required by any competent authority, or for audit;
  • Applying, verifying and authorizing all KYC procedures executed in regard to the registration and maintenance of customers, and ensure all Partner Bank(s) requirements and local regulations are followed;
  • Performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and risk assessment for transactions considered unusual or suspicious or when dealing with "high-risk customers," or whenever this transaction is considered to be of high risk;
  • Identifying any unusual or suspicious transactions or customer behavior and report them immediately to the HoC for further evaluation;
  • Perform risk-based analysis and evaluations of compliance-related matters referred to the Company in keeping with approved group processes and regulatory guidelines;
  • Implement a process to classify clients into low/medium/high-risk clients and to investigate clients based on risk;
  • Help coordinating a periodic independent review to verify the effectiveness of the Compliance Program as directed by the HoC;
  • Work with HoC as required to create appropriate reports to execute the Compliance Program properly and comply with reporting obligations.

Reporting

  • Responsible for timely preparation of transaction analysis and reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis for control and government reporting purposes;
  • Responsible for statutory reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Analyzes and projects tendencies, trends and patterns in the transactions to understand the need to develop additional controls to mitigate any form of risk associated with money laundering and fraud;
  • Responsible for helping the HoC in the preparation of the Compliance annual budgets, quarterly, monthly and weekly forecasts and monitoring performance against the Compliance budget/forecast;
  • Responsible for cost planning and the implementation of cost reduction plans;
  • Ensures all internal controls are implemented within the MFS area and all new projects are compliant with control requirements;

Operations

  • Ensures access to the Transaction Monitoring tool; •
  • Ensures account statuses and profiles for each category on platform meet the legal & regulatory rules;
  • Works closely with the MFS Head of Technical Operations to ensure efficient, successful and risk free integration requests;
  • Ensures that periodical checks of platform rules are undertaken and results are documents.

Academic Qualifications AND Experience Required For This Role

  • University degree in Accounting, Auditing or Law
  • CAMS Certified or any other similar certification a plus;
  • Masters level in Law, Criminal Justice, Forensic Accounting, Auditing, Big Data qualification is an added advantage;
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations relating to the Money Service Business, Mobile Money and Banking is required;
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and guidelines in Tonga is required;
  • Two (2) years of experience in the compliance function in a Money Service Business, Financial Institution or Regulatory Entity.

4. Digital Marketing Executive

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execution of all company owned, earned and paid media in digital space
  • Oversees all company’s social media accounts management
  • Coordinates social media messaging with marketing team per campaign goals
  • Coordinate and execute the production and appearance of markets videos and audio media such as engagement videos, 30-sec radio ads, television programs
  • Execution of digital promotions via digital platforms – SWVRE, MADME, etc.
  • Coordinate with creative manager and graphic designers and other content digital content for daily/ weekly engagement content –Trello, Toolkit, etc.
  • Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma in Marketing or any relevant field
  • Two years work experience in Marketing or related field
  • Web & Social Media Platform knowledge
  • Telecommunication & Digital Marketing would be an advantage

5. ICT/ISP Technician

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the field Service Maintenance distributed from HQ
  • Produces Network feedback reports on the ISP/ICT network experience in the field
  • Assist and support Sales/Commercial team technically if needed
  • Install, Service and configure residential/small business networking equipment.
  • Schedule work order assignments based on logged maintenance tickets, Structure Cabling
  • Cooperate with Team Leader and management to develop staff and improve their skills.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • At least 1-year experience in IT/Network business
  • Completion of Form 7
