The Office of the Public Service Commission herewith advises, that the following vacancies are available for interested applicants within and outside the Public Service:

Minimum Requirements

Principal Human Resource Officer
Oversight Division

  • Master’s degree with at least one (1) year in a similar role or at least three (3) years relevant working experience
  • Post Graduate Diploma with at least two (2) years in a similar role or at least four (4) years relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least four (4) years’ experience in a similar role or at least six (6) years relevant working experience

Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in Human Resource Management Public Administration, Management, Business, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Law, Public Policy, Arts or Employment Relations from a recognised educational institution.

Band I
($31,148 - $46,721)

Senior Human Resource Officer
Oversight Division

  • Master’s Degree with no working experience
  • Post Graduate Diploma with at least 1 year experience in a similar role or at least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 4 years relevant working experience

Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Management, Business, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Public Policy, Arts, Employment Relations or Law from a recognised educational institution.

Band J
($27,687 - $41,530)

Human Resource Officer
Performance Development Division

  • Bachelor’s degree with no working experience
  • Diploma Certificate with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or at least 3 years relevant working experience

Qualifications acceptable for this role must be in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Public Policy, Arts, Employment Relations, Information Technology, Statistics, Training or Law from a recognised educational institution.

Band L
($20,075 – 30,107)
