The 'Ikale Tahi is preparing for its second test match against the USA Eagles in Betws-u-coed, Wales on Saturday November 17, and the Head Coach Mana 'Otai said that his players are ready to meet the USA.

Tomorrow's game is the 'Ikale Tahi's second test match during it current European Tour.

The 'Ikale Tahi head coach, Mana 'Otai has selected the same line-up team that played against Italy, excepting a new captain and a No. 7, Nili Latu; he replaced Sione Vaiomo'unga. Mana said that the players are ready for the USA, and "with the inclusion of our captain Nili Latu, an added bonus."

The 'Ikale Tahi narrowly lost its first test match against Italy, 24-13 in Brescia, on November 10, and three days later, on Tuesday, November 13, a Tonga A team was selected to play a friendly game against the Newcastle Falcons. Tonga A lost 13-24, and so far the touring 'Ikale Tahi squad has not won a game during its European tour.

The captain Nili Latu, however  believed that the team was starting to jell together, ". . . our last couple of training sessions have really been good, I think we're all just keen to get out onto the field this weekend, and play to the level we know we can."

After  the USA Eagles game, the 'Ikale Tahi's final test match will be against Scotland at Pittodrie on November 24.
