The 41 members 'Ikale Tahi squad for the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand in September have been chosen and their names will be announced tomorrow, July 26, 'Isitolo Maka the Head Coach, said this afternoon.

The squad has already been named and is with the Board of the Tonga Rugby Union Authority for their endorsement.

"It is expected that the Board will formally endorse the squad tonight then it will be announced tomorrow," he said.

The members of the Board of the Tonga Rugby Union Authority are: Bob Tucker, Chairman; 'Aminiasi Kefu, Fakahau Valu, Tevita Latailakepa and 'Aloma Johansson.

'Ikale Tahi players made public appearances at the Heilala Festival and the WISE launch in Nuku'alofa over the weekend, while waiting to see if they have made the RWC selection.

'Isitolo said that the 'Ikale Tahi's two warm-up games before the World Cup will be both against the Flying Fijians at Churchill Park, Lautoka, Fiji, on August 12 and 22.

He said that once the Board endorsed the 41-members World Cup squad he would announce his 30-members team for Fiji. The remaining eleven players will remain in Tonga to be called if they are needed.
