‘Eua Police seize 108 cannabis plants [1]

Police in 'Eua are looking for cannabis growers, after 108 cannabis plants were seized by at a bush allotment in ‘Eua on October 23.
Deputy Police Commissioner Pelenatita Fe’ao Vaisuai, said today no one had been arrested in relation to the seizure.
“We ask if anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious in this area recently or has any other information valuable to contact Police or call 922 and 22784,” she said.
The seizure was made after Police received information that the illicit plants were being cultivated at this bush allotment, situated on the eastern side of the island.
“Tonga Police is committed to disrupting the supply of drugs and preventing the harm this illegal trade supports,” said the Deputy Police Commissioner.
