Miss Fiji crowned Miss Pacific Islands [1]

Miss Fiji, Anne Christine Dunn, was crowned Miss Pacific Islands at the 2016 Pageant on Friday night in Apia, Samoa.
Miss American Samoa, Antonina Lilomaiava, was the 1st runner up to the crown. Miss Tonga, Laura Lauti, won the prize for Miss Photogenic. In the pageant speech section, Lauti, focused on Climate Change.
The Miss Pacific Islands Pageant featured beauty queens from 8 countries; Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, American Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Nauru, Solomon Islands and Cook Islands.
The week long pageant included a float parade, a talent competition, a pageant speech and interview, and a fashion competition in sarong and traditional wear.
