Japan’s Moeakiola scores hat trick against junior Spring Boks [1]

Japan’s number 14, Ataata Moeakiola, is emerging as a new rugby star after his hat trick scoring performance against the Junior Spring Boks at the World Rugby U20 Championship in Manchester on 7 June.
Moekiola, originally from Tonga, shocked his South African opponents scoring all his tries in the first 30 minutes of the opening match of the tournament.
Japanese fans watched in awe hoping for a repeat of the 2015 World Rugby Cup when Japan famously beat the Spring Boks.
However, the Junior Boks were too strong in the second half winning the match 59-19.
