The British High Commissioner to Tonga, HE Mr Roderick Drummond, and Lord Simon Glenarthur of Carlung will represent the United Kingdom at the Coronation of Tupou VI on July 4.

Mr Drummond who is based in Suva, Fiji will be accompanied by his wife Yasmin, and by the British Defence Adviser to Tonga, Commander Brett Burlingham RN and Mrs Burlingham. 

A statement from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office said that the UK representatives include  Lord Glenarthur, who is a longstanding friend of Tonga, and a former Minister of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office
