1. This project is financed by the Asian Development Bank through the above grant ADB G0915/G0916/G9237. The Ministry of Internal Affairs invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for supply of raw materials for home modifications:

3. Finishes, interior materials and plumbing fixtures |
undercoat and white paints, ceramic tiles, grout, tile fix, timber trim, shower sliders, and PVC pipes. |

4. Brick, timber, rebar, misc. |
8” concrete blocks, D12/R10 rebar, corrugated roof sheets, insulation foil, treated timber, galvanized pipes, M12 bolts, and welding rods. |

5. Quarry and cements |
gravel, dust, aggregate, and cement bags. |

6. Preliminaries & general |
allowances for fixing hardware and material storage costs. |
- To be qualified, you must have experience as a manufacturer or authorized supplier of the items covered by this Request for Quotation and, as evidence, you must also attach a document of your experience as supplier in at least one contract in the last 3 years with value of at least TOP60,0000.
- A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon request via email to the email address below.
- Quotations must be submitted to the address below on the extended deadline of Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 2:00pm Tonga local time. Late quotations may be rejected.
