EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Tonga Football Association (TFA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or firms for the role of Project Manager & Designer to lead the construction of a new artificial football turf in Tonga.
Scope of Work:
- Overseeing the design, planning, and implementation of the artificial turf project.
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and TFA stakeholders to ensure compliance with FIFA standards.
- Preparing detailed designs, specifications, and timelines and preparation of tender documents
- Managing budgets, procurement, and reporting.
- Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
- Delivering the completed project within six (6) months from commencement.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing sports infrastructure projects, preferably football pitches.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with FIFA Quality Programme for Football Turf (preferred).
- Ability to work on-site in Tonga for the project duration.

- Proposed approach and methodology for project delivery.
- Preliminary timeline and budget estimate.
- At least two referees.
