VACANCY

• Human Resource & Corporate Services Officer

The Retirement Fund Board invites applications for the position of Human Resource & Corporate Services Officer. The successful candidate will provide support and coordination across various HR and corporate services functions to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and an effective organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support staff development and monitor performance and attendance.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and manage HR records.
  • Provide staff assistance on HR and work-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, uniforms, vehicle operations, and property.
  • Oversee occupational risk and corporate compliance areas.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Carry out any other duties as required by the Board.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR experience is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and general computer literacy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.

The position is graded at Level 5 of the RFB salary structure. The Board offers a competitive remuneration package, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
