Executive Support / Local Area Network Administrator Assistant

LE3 band annual salary of TOP17,735 to TOP25,235 (Depending on experience)

Do you want to join a dynamic team that values your input? The Australian High Commission in Nuku’alofa is staffed by a cross-cultural team of around 30 staff responsible for managing Australia’s relationship with Tonga covering foreign policy, trade, aid, security and consular issues.  We are seeking an experienced, Executive Support / Local Area Network Administrator (LANA) Assistant, to join our team.

The role is exciting and diverse providing executive support to the High Commissioner; managing and maintaining the High Commission’s IT and communications network; preparing staff travel; and financial functions.  The right applicant will be flexible, and have great team, organisation and time management skills.  The Australian High Commission invests in its staff and will provide comprehensive training, support and mentoring to the successful applicant.
