Inquest rules man died from natural causes [1]

An inquest has ruled Sione Ikahihifo Mafi (56) died from natural causes after he was found dead at Faua Wharf in Nuku'alofa on Monday evening, December 9.
Tonga Police stated today that the body of the deceased was released to his family after the inquest yesterday ruled out suspicious circumstances and concluded that he died from natural causes.
Mafi who was living at Pahu in Tongatapu comes from Petani, 'Eua.
A security guard told police at around 5:30pm he first saw the man alive and sitting outside Reef Café located at the wharf.
He went to help unload cargo from the ‘Eua ferry at 6:00pm and when he came back he saw the same man lying on the same spot. He tried to wake him up but found out he was not breathing. The police were called and the man was rushed to Vaiola Hospital where he was confirmed dead.
