Tonga's king and queen to visit Buckingham Palace [1]

King Tupou VI and Queen Nanasipau’u will visit Queen Elizabeth II this Thursday October 10 at Buckingham Palace in London.

Tonga's King and Queen are currently visiting the city in preparation for Tupou VI’s coronation next year, according to a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office today.

On Tuesday October 1, the royal couple met with the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester at Kensington Palace. They are scheduled to return to Tonga on October 30.
