Tonga's national rugby team the ‘Ikale Tahi will meet the Flying Fijians in Tokyo, Japan this Sunday 23 June, in the final stage of the Pacific Nations Cup.
The fixture is the ‘Ikale Tahi’s last game of the Pacific Nations Cup tournament and they must win convincingly if they are to keep alive their chances of winning the cup. Tonga’s hopes also depend on Canada losing its final match against Japan tomorrow.
The undefeated Canadians are seeking a grand slam triumph in the 2013 Pacific Nations Cup. Having defeated the United States, Fiji and Tonga, Canada only has to defeat Japan today, June 19, to guarantee its first Pacific Nations Cup trophy.
Fiji will also be playing June 19 against the United States in Nagoya, Japan. Like Tonga, the Flying Fijians must win if they are to keep alive their chances of winning the Pacific Nations Cup.
