Nuku'alofa's downtown Reload Bar opened a new lounge bar extension on December 13 ready for the holiday season.

Tricia Emberson, who co-owns the bar with her husband, 'Alo Fe'iloakitau said that the new upstairs extension is for people who want things a bit quieter, and would like to sit down, cool off and have a chat, "to maybe listen to a bit of quiet music of their choice."

The occasion was marked with the launching of a Heineken Christmas Tree outside the bar, by Mark Gerrard, and 'Alo. The tree was made up, as might be expected, of green beer bottles.
