White Faka-Sepitema this morning saw hundreds of women members of the Church of Tonga and the Free Wesleyan Church gathering in Nuku'alofa for their annual roll call.

Despite the cloudy weather and rain it did not dampen the spirit of the occassion, as the Tongatapu women came out dressed in their finest white to mark their special day.

The women answered their call at the Free Church of Tonga, the Church of Tonga Hou'eiki at Kilikali on Fatafehi Road and the Church of Tonga Konisitutone at Pahu.

At the same time, women of the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga from throughout Tongatapu gathered at the Centennial Church Saione for their roll call.

A bazaar was also held by all of the the Free Wesleyan Church schools (except Queen Salote College who held one earlier in the year), at the Akoteu grounds beside the church.
