Tailulu College came in second place with 19 gold, 13 silver, 10 bronze medals, and Tonga High School was third with 17 gold, 10 silver and 10 bronze medals.

Tonga College 9 gold, 10 silver, 7 bronze;
Tonga College 10 gold, 4 silver, 8 bronze;
Tupou College 10 gold, 4 silver, 8 bronze;
Tupou High School, 2 gold, 8 silver, 6 bronze;
Ha'apai team, 6 gold, 6 silver, 7 bronze;
‘‘Eua 3 gold, 4 silver, 3 bronze;
Queen Salote College 4 gold, 2 silver, 6 bronze;
Lavengamalie 8 gold, 17 silver, 18 bronze;
Takuilau 1 gold, 0 silver, 4 bronze;
St Andrew High School 1 gold, 1 silver, 2 bronze;
Talafo'ou Middle School 1 gold, 1 silver;
Mo'unga'olive Middle School, 0 gold, 1 silver, 2 bronze;
FWC Middle School, 0 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze;
Tonga Side School, 0 medals.

The Inter College Sports held from April 7-9 consisted of a three day event of track and field with 18 local high schools from Tongatapu including three sports teams from Vava'u, Ha'apai and 'Eua competing.
