THE Governor of Vava'u, Noble Luani (50) who died suddenly in Neiafu, Vava'u, on May 12 is to be buried at his estate Malapo in Tongatapu, next week.

A family member confirmed today, that Luani's body was expected to arrive in Nuku'alofa this evening, and would be kept at his residence Tali Ki Vava'u at Kolofo'ou.

It is anticipated that his funeral would be held next week in Malapo awaiting the arrival of family members from overseas.

Meanwhile, relatives of the noble gathered at his residence where it had been draped with mourning colour of black and purple.
