I appreciate very much the development of the 'Ikale Tahi (Tonga National Rugby Union Team) for the 2011 IRB World Cup. This is not new, but I am certain that Tonga Rugby Football Union TRFU has done a great job.

For the past four years, all constructive critiques helped with the development. I saw that a squad Of 50 have been named (believed, a Training Squad) and the 'Ikale Tahi squad for Churchill Cup has also been named. What is most interesting is the Players Eligibility Registration. We must understand that registered players are the human resources that are available for us to draw from. I am not sure what is the maximum number, but I hope it has already been finalised. Out of the 50 players, the best 30 is already in there. What very important next is to weave in every game plan for the World Cup. I agree that there are needs for physical, mental and game fitness tests prior to the first game of the World Cup 2011, but for the All Blacks we must start now. We must be very strong in every aspects of the game inorder for the 'Ikale Tahi to be competitive.

I wish to address the importance of support from every corners. TRFU has already made Contact with Tongan Communities in New Zealand. I believed that they can play an important role during the World Cup. Their Moral Support is a must, and also their financial support will be a great help.

Editor, please accept my apology if these Issues have already been taken care of, but I realise that it is about time that we make things right.
