Houma village was bustling with activities as various Ha'a and clans paid tributes with the presentation of food and koloa, fine mats, tapa cloth and other cultural materials, today in the final day of preparation for the funeral of the late Baron Vaea, noble of Houma.

The funeral service will start at 11 am tomorrow, Saturday June 13, when the funeral procession will take Baron Vaea from his residence, Tali ki Ha'apai, to the adjacent cemetery, where a funeral will be held before his burial.

It is expected that the funeral service will be attended by King George Tupou V and other dignataries, including the Vice President of Fiji, Ratu Nailasikau.
