Relentless Spain defeats Tonga 29-20 at Teufaiva [1]

Spain’s Los Leones (The Lions) defeated the ‘Ikale Tahi today (29-20) at Teufaiva Stadium in Nuku’alofa, Tonga.
In the first half, Spain’s Gonzalo Vinuesa scored two penalty goal kicks while Tani Bay scored the team’s first try.
Vinuesa’s conversion kick and another penalty kick left Spain with 16 points in the first half.
For Tonga, Sefo Sakalia scored a try for the ‘Ikale Tahi during the first half. The conversion kick by the ‘Ikales missed.
The first half ended at 16-5.
In the second half, Tonga received a penalty kick, which brought their total points up to 8-16.
A home crowd cheered on the 'Ikales as they began to draw the scoreboard closer to Spain.
However, Spain was relentless and the 'Ikales just could not catch up with the Lions.
The full time whiste blew and the score was 29-20, a disappointing result to many of the 'Ikale Tahi’s supporters.
There were a few supporters of Los Leones present, who took to the field to congratulate the winners, showering the team with praise.
