Seventh-day Adventists gather for preaching at Pangai Lahi [1]

Seventh-Day Adventist Church leaders from across the Pacific Islands, joined the Tonga mission today at Pangai Lahi in Nuku'alofa, to hear their President, Elder Ted N. C. Wilson preach to the nation. Queen Nanasipau'u joined the event.
Theodore Norman Clair "Ted N. C." Wilson (74) is an ordained minister of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and currently serves as the President of the General Conference, the governing organization of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church. He was accompanied by his wife, Nancy.
A luncheon for over 1000 people held at the Queen Salote Hall today, was one of many events, planned by the mission during the 3-day visit of the church President.
Tongan members of the church have travelled from Australia, New Zealand and other Pacific countries to attend the events.
