Back-to-back wins for Tonga Women's RL 9's team debut [1]

Tonga Women's Rugby league 9's team made an epic debut at the Pacific games, beating some of the well known teams in a back-to-back wins over Vanuatu 16-0, Fiji 14-8, and Solomon 16-6, at the games, in Solomon Islands on 20 November.
"Our defence has been our secret weapon, and big advantage," said head coach Monica Henry, who took to social media to celebrate the team's wins.
"This team has that extra edge, that X-Factor over all of my other teams."
The team captain is Ana Ngahe and the vice captains are Noia Fotu Moala and DJ Pupi.
Meanwhile, Fiji who claimed the gold in the 2019 Games in Samoa, but suffered a surprise loss to debutant Tonga.
There will be two more games on 21 November, that will determine who will compete for Gold, (4:15pm Tonga vs Samoa) (5:55pm Tonga vs Cook Islands).
