Undefeated Tala moves into semi-finals [1]

Tonga’s national netball team, Tala defeated Samoa 79-53 and advanced into the semi-finals tonight undefeated, during the 2023 PacificAus Sports Netball Series this week, in Australia.

On 27 April, Tala defeated Samoa 79-53. The reigning champion had already won three of their games against Singapore 85-40, Kenya 71-44 and Zambia 59-47. 

The team proceeds into semi-finals on 28 April, as the only undefeated team in competition thus far, in the cross over pools. They will play against the Fiji Pearls, at around 8:30pm (Tonga time).

While, the second semi-final is a re-match between Malawi and Zambia, after Zambia won their cross over match with Malawi.
