Tonga’s Under 20’s squad have named for their first 2022 Oceania Rugby Under 20’s Trophy match, against the reigning champions, Samoa at Teufaiva Stadium, Nuku'alofa, on 29 November.

The official team lists for both the teams were released by Oceania Rugby.

Samoa’s team arrived in Tonga over the weekend and their first time in Nuku’alofa in the tournament’s history.

Teams that have featured in the Oceania Rugby U20 Trophy since its inception include the Cook Islands, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu.

This Trophy also serves as a qualification event for the World Rugby U20s Trophy in 2023.
