'Ana Po'uhila wins Shot Put gold for Tonga [1]

Tonga's third gold medal in the South Pacific Games came from 'Ana Po'uhila, in the women's Shot Put with a throw of 16.60m, on Friday.
The win along with another silver and a couple of bronze medals for Tongans allowed Tonga reclaim its No. 10 position on the medal tally.
The girls also won a silver from soccer.
There was a bronze from Taekwondo in the male Black Belt Fly weight 54-58kg by Vatiaki Moala; and a bronze from Power Lifting in the men's 125kg category by Viliami Tu'amoheloa with a 670kg lift.
Tonga now has three gold, 14 silver and 10 bronze - a total of 27 medals.
