The Tongan Community in Hawaii have sent a 40ft container of donations, including cartons of bottled water and food items, received by the Tonga Red Cross.
TRCS Secretary-General Sione Taumoefolau acknowledged the support from the Tongans in Hawaii.
He said the container arrived this month with items that will be distributed to those affected and those who are still recovering from the natural disasters of 15 January.
The Tongan Consular Office in Hawaii also worked together with the Tongan community there to support this, he said.
Tonga Red Cross staff and volunteers will distribute the donated items in Tongatapu and the outer islands.
Water bottles and other items had been distributed to some of the schools on Tongatapu on 17 June, as pupils returned to the classrooms.
Other donated items included face masks, hand sanitizers and clothes.
