Methamphetamine seized at Fo'ui [1]

A 38-year-old man was arrested with 26.76 grams of methamphetamine at his home in Fo’ui on May 26.
Acting Deputy Commissioner Tevita Vailea said today, the accused was arrested by the Drug Enforcement Taskforce in an ongoing drug operation targeting drug dealers and suppliers.
Also seized were $1,500 pa’anga cash and drug utensils.
The accused has been charged with possession of the illicit drug. He is remanded in police custody to appear at the Magistrate’s Court, on a later date.
