Cannabis seized at Fua'amotu plantation [1]

Three men were arrested with cannabis on March 13 at a plantation in Fua'amotu, as Tonga Police targets drug dealers and suppliers.
Acting Deputy Commissioner Tevita Vailea said today, 90.62 grams of cannabis and drugs utensils were seized.
The Police Drug Enforcement Taskforce arrested two men from Ha'alao (44 and 35), and a 29-year-old from Nakolo.
They have been charged with possession of illicit drugs and are to appear at the Magistrate's Court on a later date.
“Police are committed to disrupting and detecting the supply of drugs and hold those responsible to account.”
